The Safer Girls Safer Women inaugural symposium was a powerful conversation conversation led by women, girls and non-binary people with disability. Their lens on what safety means to them informs the ongoing work of the project, to co-create a future where people who are women and girls* with disability experience social and sexual safety everywhere, always. The 2022 symposium was held online and in-person at ANU, Canberra, on Ngunnawal Country.
