This website is co-designed with people with disabilities. This project is managed by Sexual Health and Family Planning ACT and is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services.
The Safer Me Safer You office is located on the land of the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traditional Custodians of Country and their continuing connection to land, sea, culture and community. We encourage any First Nations visitors to this site to share their voice with the project by contacting us.
Sexual Health and Family Planning ACT acknowledges the lived experiences of all those involved in the Safer Me Safer You project. We express our gratitude to all people with disability who have worked tirelessly to get us to where we are today. This website is dedicated to all the women and gender diverse people with disability who helped us understand what social and sexual safety looks like and feels like for people with disability.
