    In this video, LC and Cate discuss the meaning of sexual rights as disabled people through the lens of intersectionality. It reflects on a need for equal access to information and opportunities, including the flexibility to figure things out as we go instead of access being framed as a privilege.

    In this video, Cate unpacks her experiences of sexual rights as a disabled person within our health systems. In particular, Cate speaks of her pregnancy and her experiences of receiving maternity care. It unpacks the lack of accessibility and unconscious biases that she had to navigate as a disabled person.

    3. What would you like to say to professionals, services, and systems working with you? 

    This is a 3-minute video.

    In this video, Cate and LC reflect on what professionals wanting to join the sector and those who have been in the sector for some time should consider when supporting disabled people with their sexual rights. It touches upon the added barriers to those with intersecting identities and emphasizes the need to critically reflect on the assumptions we make about people with disabilities.
